PermaSafe Surface and Air Sanitation Systems, LLC (www.PermaSafe.com) seeks a Sales Manager to grow the sales of our commercial Antimicrobial Heating and Air Conditioning Service Products to HVAC system service companies nationwide.

WHO WE ARE: Located in Coconut Creek, Florida, PermaSafe is a leading producer of unique Disinfectant Cleaners and Antimicrobial Surface Protectants.

WHAT WE SELL: While we manufacture consumer products for general, all-purpose cleaning, sanitizing and disinfection uses, our focus is on professionally installed Purpose & Site-Specific Disinfection and Long-Term Antimicrobial Protection “Treatment Kits” for various markets, including the Automotive industry and the HVAC Sales and Service trade.

WHAT YOU’LL SELL: As our HVAC Service Products Sales Manager, you and your sales team will sell our Long-Term Antimicrobial HVAC System & Ductwork Treatment Kits (www.PermaSafe.com/HVAC) to HVAC system service companies, who, in turn, will sell Long-Term Antimicrobial HVAC Treatment Services to their residential and commercial customers, based upon and utilizing our Kits.

WHAT WILL MAKE IT EASIER: Unlike any other product of its kind, a single, professionally applied PermaSafe treatment can keep HVAC system & ductwork surfaces antimicrobially protected and free from mold, mildew, fungi, algae, bacteria, other microbes, allergens and odors for up to 3 MONTHS. Designed to grow our dealers’ revenue and profitability, while increasing customer satisfaction, the PermaSafe CRM platform provides and enables automated text & email “Service Reminders,” interactive customer surveys, customizable text message and email blasters, an online reputation and review management system, and many more features and benefits.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• A hunger for success, with a background and skill set that demonstrates you have what it takes to succeed at a high level.

• Familiarity with HVAC systems and the commercial and residential HVAC service industry.

• Minimum 5 years sales management experience in the HVAC service, or a similar industry.

• To be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Proven ability to build an effective sales team from the ground up.

• Excellent lead generation, product presentation and sale closing skills.
