Upper Midwest Regional Sales Manager – Remote/Field Sales
Territory: Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa
Reports To: Don Reycroft – Director of Sales, America’s
Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for successfully executing a direct or end-user pull through sales model, which includes calling on and developing relationships with relevant end-users, creating end-user interest in buying Interspiro’s various products, and pulling the business through the end-user’s preferred distribution partner within the assigned territory.
We are seeking confident, competitive, professional, accountable, business development candidates for this role that are looking to join one of the oldest and most innovative manufacturers of breathing apparatus and respiratory protection products in the world. An ideal candidate will be a Hunter/Business Developer with a proven ability to effectively develop new business opportunities at the end-user level and provide effective support after the sale.
The candidate who is chosen must live in the territory and have a proven track record of success calling on fire departments, first responders and/or industrial end-users and distribution customers within the defined region. They must be a self-starter, have a competitive and entrepreneurial personality, passion for the job and for worker safety, as well as the desire to learn and become successful in a growth-oriented company that offers uncapped earning potential. The RSM should be comfortable speaking and giving presentations to groups and be confident enough to ask for the sale, and close deals.
