Inside Sales – Military Contracts

This role focuses on the negotiating, analyzing, preparing, and revising military contracts.  Contracts involve the sale of products and services to the various branches of the US Military

Education: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business
• Experience in contract preparation and management
• Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) designation is desired
• Certified Professional Contracts Manager designation is desired

• Requires ability to pass clearance by military to gain entry onto military installations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:    

• Provides responses to bids, proposals, and contract negotiations
• Analyzes all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
• Ensures that contracts are executed in accordance with corporate guidelines
• Conducts research prior to writing contracts
• Audits existing contracts and oversees contract modifications.
• Monitors the performance of each signed contract
• Conducts analysis of new laws, regulations, and federal contract trends to determine potential impact on the business
• Coordinates with Accounting to ensure correct billing and collection of contract revenues
• Prepares reports on the status of contracts for leadership
